Alistrati Cave

The main sections of the cave extend to the right and left of its primary entrance, measuring 60 meters in width, 100 meters in length, and 20–30 meters in height in the initial chamber. This area showcases nature’s most striking beauty, adorned with some of the finest formations in Greece and Europe. As visitors progress, the natural décor becomes even more impressive, featuring delicate white stalactites that form curtain-like shapes.

In the deeper chamber, striking red stalactites, known as “Flames”, reach an impressive height of approximately 35 meters. At this point, the two main halls converge, creating a larger and taller area filled with enormous 15-meter stalactites hanging from the ceiling. The cave also contains countless unexplored levels, adding to its allure and mystery.
